Cynicism: Back By Popular Demand.
Ahh busy, busy, busy. The World is indeed a busy place is it not? Many of us were forewarned of the busyness of this world many, many years ago by a man named Richard Scarry when our parents sat beside our beds and read us his book:

But allow me to use the illustrative genius of Mr. Scarry to fill you in on a little bit of what's been going on over the last number of weeks.
I finished school and graduated:I played a lot of music:
I hung out with friends:

So I suppose one could say that life has been very animated lately (ahhhh get it?). Large life changes always accompany these times of hustle and bustle. But, as long as I'm not being chased through the streets of London by a Fox dressed as a Police officer or in North Africa breaking clay pots hand made by some Cat I think everything will be just fine. And I may even find time to blog more. Who can say?
With that said, please do your civic duty and go watch Hot Fuzz, starring Nick Frost and Simon Pegg of Shaun of the Dead fame. It's the second best movie of the year. So far...

Haha, Jake that is an awesome post. My favourite part of Richard Scarry was finding the worm hidden in every page. I'm glad you can stop neglecting your blog now.
Congratulations on your graduation, Cusbin Jake.
I'm glad to see, now that you're all edjimicated, you haven't forgotten one of the most influential books of your childhood. Richard Scarry = pure genius. In fact, that book sits on my bookshelf to this very day.
i forgot to keep reading this blog. My bad. i LOVE Busy Town! And my favorite "taped-off-tv" film as a child was The Velveteen Rabbit. i was a little confused by the kid having to go to another city when he was sick just so he could sit in a wheelchair on a balcony, though. Oh, well.
BTW, this is kristen. i made a website for Coral's scrapbooking stuff, but now i can't figure out how to be just Kristen. That's love, i guess.
